It's our last day at work before our long break for CNY (for non Malaysian's sake, its an abbreviation for "Chinese New Year").

Since LR hasn't tried the new purikura machine that just arrived in MetroPrima mall, so we decided to go there to take some photos. (Yes, lots of makeover happening in our locations currently)

Yes, the lighting in here is definitely better.

New Year… New Experience!

Pada 11 Januari lalu, LR berpeluang mengunjungi 2014 Japan Club of Kuala Lumpur New Year Family Day. Atau dalam bahasa yang lebih senang… Festival Tahun Baru 2014 yang dianjurkan oleh Kelab Jepun Kuala Lumpur. Festival ini bertempat di Jalan Taman Seputeh dan hanya mengambil masa 10 minit sekiranya berjalan kaki dari stesen komuter Mid Valley. 

Festival ini juga dikenali sebagai Shōgatsu (正月) dalam Bahasa Jepun dan merupakan sambutan yang wajib diraikan di Jepun. Orang jepun mempercayai bahawa tahun baru yang disambut dengan baik dan betul akan menjamin kegembiraan dan kemakmuran di sepanjang tahun itu. Dalam kata lain, ia merupakan satu peluang untuk memulakan kehidupan yang baru.
